Tric och bic. Tric snöre över huvud 3 set, hantel 7 kg 3 set, dips utan motvikt (!) 3 set 8-10 rep. Har jag inte orkat på länge. Bic fristång set 1 10 kg vikter, set 2 15 kg vikter, set 3 20 kg vikter. vajerdrag bic 3 set pin 5 sista 4 pin, hammarn set 1 18 kg, set 2-3 16 kg. Tric snöre neddrag 50 kg 3 set.
