Training friskis three times per week

I have recovering exercises with weights for my arm.
Also I need time for adaptation into Friskis. May be I meet someone who would be so kind to help me and explain the rules and traditions.
Also I want to see group classes and check may I do this without good Swedish.
Also I might have one training with PT.
Also it would be nice to warm in sauna though the winter.
That's my goals for January.
