    Kort sagt ca 10% udner tröskel i watt, eller 5% under tröskel i puls. En ganska snäll nivå på intervaller som funkar bra att bygga upp sin basträning med. Man orkar flera pass på rad utan problem utan att kroppen blir för sliten.
