Inte haft ont i halsen sedan i fredags så testade att cykla ett lugnt sweetspot pass sänkt 10%, benen var så klart inte på topp efter nästan 2 veckor utan cykel men även halsen kändes sådär efter en stund så jag valde att avsluta.
