Hej!

Jag är en 62 årig lokförare som snart ska till att gå i pension. I mitt arbete krävs en del tunga lyft. Då underlättar det om man lyfter lite på gymmet. Jag försöker att hålla igång de dagar det finns utrymme. Arbetet tar ibland för mck tid.
