Lugn jogg i blötsnön...

Magens kändes endast lite stel fram till sista km då den stelnade till lite till, det som stramar lite där nere. Det gör inte ont men det känns inte rätt.

Fick iaf inte den där känslan att det gjorde ont upp i raka magmuskeln idag vilket var positivt.
