SCK träning på Färingsö. 3 fartsträckor, spurtade in på 3e, 5e, och 4e plats. Provade lite attacker å slösade mycket energi innan spurterna så det kändes som helt ok placeringar. Formen inte riktigt där efter semester och förkylning, men idag var ett klart steg framåt. Kul att Jonas var med oxå.
