About Springer

Tränar för att hålla mig igång. Springer mest halvmaror, men har även provat på ett par marathon. Bästa tiden på halvmaran är 1:35. Cyklar även såväl MTB som landsväg. Körde också Vasaloppet 2013 samt Cykelvasan 2014. Ibland går jag också raska promenader och det händer att jag även tränar annat såsom styrketräning. Jag skriver bara in konditionsträning när medelpulsen överstiger 57% av maxpulsen. Vid styrketräning kan medelpulsen vara lägre.
