About adde91

Gillar det mesta inom idrottsutövande, sen är man ju inte bra på en hel del av det ;)

Vanligaste träningsformerna jag utövar är:

*Styrketräning, 4 pass i veckan.

*Cykla, framför allt på motionscykeln på gymmet, samt lite idiotresor under loven, ner mot DK med mera :D

*Simning, inte aktiv längre men är sugen på att återuppta den som en motionsform ett par pass i veckan ;)

*Morgonrundor, ute och går omkring 50 minuter förre frukost för att bränna ;)
